We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Specialist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist therapy services to carers of looked-after and adopted children supported by Children's Social Care and Adoption West.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide specialist therapy services to carers of looked-after and adopted children
- Consult and support team members across Children's Social Care and Adoption West
- Provide training to staff in Children's Social Care
- Attend strategy and multi-agency meetings for young people identified open to the Wiltshire In-Reach team
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures
- Utilise research skills for audit and contribute to research and training within the areas served by the teams and service
- Registered RMN, OT, Social Worker or Psychological Therapist
- Experience of working with young people who are known to Children's Social Care and present with complex needs
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Safeguarding Children legislation and guidance
