About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta. As a Complaint Handler, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries through phone, letter, or email
  • Work closely with customers to understand their issues and provide a resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • Financial Services or complaint handling experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer competency
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 per year
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
