Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in assisting the Head of Finance within the Energy Infrastructure sector, delivering essential business partnering services to various operational units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end process, ensuring accurate recognition of costs and revenues at the project level.
  • Facilitate the preparation of precise divisional accounts, ensuring all material variances to forecasts are thoroughly explained.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide financial insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Offer business partnering assistance to our Electrical Services, Flotech Performance Systems, and Forecourt Services units.
  • Prepare bi-weekly forecasts for business units, clearly identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the financial aspects of large-scale projects to ensure alignment of costs and revenues.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of tender submissions.
  • Analyze capital expenditure requests for financial viability.
  • Assess cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
  • Continuously seek to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
