The Strategic Finance Partner plays a crucial role in assisting the Head of Finance within the Energy Infrastructure sector, delivering essential business partnering services to various operational units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate recognition of costs and revenues at the project level.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of comprehensive divisional accounts, including detailed explanations for any significant variances from forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide valuable financial insights that aid in decision-making.
  • Offer business partnering support for the Electrical Services, Flotech Performance Systems, and Forecourt Services units.
  • Prepare bi-weekly forecasts for business units, clearly outlining potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the financial aspects of large-scale projects to ensure alignment of costs and revenues.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of tender submissions.
  • Conduct analysis of capital expenditure proposals.
  • Assess cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Continuously seek to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
