Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bellperson to join our team at our luxurious hotel in the heart of Soho. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Direct guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Assist with luggage handling, ensuring that guests' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Monitor and maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
