Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bellperson to join our team. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Direct guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Assist with luggage delivery, ensuring that guests' belongings are safe and secure.
- Monitor and maintain the lobby area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment, ideally in the London market.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
