Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bellperson to join our team. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to guests upon arrival
  • Direct guests to their rooms and assist with luggage delivery
  • Ensure that guests' belongings are safe and secure
  • Check labels and deliver luggage to the correct guest room
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment, ideally in the London market
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
