Lead Product Marketing Manager in Surgical Endoscopy

Position Overview

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is in search of a dedicated professional to fill the role of Product Manager for Surgical Endoscopy. This position entails overseeing the product line, engaging with both internal teams and external partners, and spearheading commercialization initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a robust marketing background, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Surgical Endoscopy or minimally invasive surgical devices, alongside exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the designated product line and collaborate across various departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the industry.
  • Work in conjunction with global marketing teams to identify KOLs for new product initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth clinical, technical, and market insights for the product line.
  • Formulate strategic plans for the product portfolio and promote the adoption of Fujifilm's offerings.
  • Partner with global marketing and R&D teams to enhance product features.
  • Lead commercialization efforts for new products and assist in sales presentations.
  • Support participation in trade exhibitions and offer technical support to clients.
  • Conduct training sessions on product functionalities and compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Develop and implement product evaluation protocols and lead on-site assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or biological sciences is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in a relevant sector.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures and healthcare systems is advantageous.
