About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at INTEGRO PARTNERS LTD. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of approximately 180 properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive portfolio growth, income, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee property maintenance renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, and portfolio income, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a full 360 Property Manager role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience of serving Section 21, Section 8, Section 13, and Section 47/48 notices.
  • ARLA qualification or working towards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
