About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Facilities Help Desk Coordinator to join our client's team in Stockport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on reactive and preventative maintenance help desk for clients and contractors, managing CAFM systems, and overseeing a portfolio of circa 200 sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients and contractors on maintenance requests and queries.
- Manage and input requests/works into the CAFM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Oversee the completion of work and process invoices for contractors.
- Arrange for quotes on works and ensure timely authorization from managers.
- Perform other duties as required by the Help Desk Manager or cover calls out of hours.
