About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Facilities Operator to join our team at Sodexo. As a Facilities Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned buildings, ensuring 5-star customer service for all users.
  • Oversee the availability of food and beverages in a clean, hygienic environment, restocking as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding facilities and catering services, building strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental procedures, addressing any safety issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen consumables, stationery hubs, and multifunctional printing devices, reporting faults to the appropriate service team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook).
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
