We are seeking an IT Operations Technical Analyst to join our team in Macclesfield, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving incidents and requests in line with ITIL-based processes and business service levels.
  • Delivering IT support and troubleshooting for Bodycote facilities and end users in a predominant Windows environment.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and management of Bodycote infrastructure in the field.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective action to better Group IT Service Delivery.
  • Engagement in new and upcoming IT-related projects relating to upgrades and service improvement.
  • Representing Group IT within the business and delivering world-class customer service.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android and iOS).
  • Knowledge of backup technologies and data safeguarding practices.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Switches).
  • Working knowledge of ITIL-based processes.
  • Flexible approach and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%.
