We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Facilities Agent to join our Housing Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our customers and providing a high-quality service in the Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, and Macclesfield area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the health and safety of our customers
  • Complete monthly inspections, weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, and report repairs
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and queries
  • Represent YHG and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000, a company vehicle and fuel card, and 25 days annual leave (increasing with time served). We also offer a range of benefits, including a wellbeing and social space, and a flexible working approach.
