The Operations division is tasked with the upkeep of the properties under our management. Each Senior Property Manager oversees a collection of properties, supported by a Property Operations Coordinator.


This role offers administrative assistance to one Senior Property Manager or Property Manager, ensuring the seamless functioning of the team’s property portfolio in line with company protocols and industry standards.

This position serves as the primary contact for residents within the assigned property portfolio.

Act as the initial point of contact via phone for residents, contractors, and clients. Address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.
Renew and initiate contracts for service providers, such as cleaning and gardening services.

Prepare and distribute communications to residents and property owners, including newsletters, site visit summaries, and monthly updates.

Manage and oversee building insurance claims.

Authorize or contest routine invoices for payment and escalate significant or one-off expenses to the Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.

Coordinate Annual General Meetings and prepare and circulate minutes based on the notes from the Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.
Assist in the distribution of annual service charge estimates and financial statements for each development.
Perform additional general duties as required to contribute to the success of Premier Estates.

Minimum English GCSE level 4 (grade C) or equivalent
Experience in customer service and the property sector is advantageous but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate level (advanced is preferred but not essential)
Professional telephone etiquette
