Role Summary:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in growth strategies and a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment and are enthusiastic about fostering growth and innovation within the blockchain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Interaction: Engage actively with various online communities (Telegram, Discord & Reddit). Build and maintain strong relationships with influential figures in Web3.
  • Content Development: Create engaging content to attract and expand community members on Telegram, Discord & Reddit.
  • Campaign Oversight: Design and implement strategies to enhance our Telegram channel through diverse client interactions, social media, and newsletters. Participate in relevant community groups to promote Luna PR's initiatives and boost brand visibility.
  • AMA Coordination: Organize, manage, and host weekly AMA sessions for Luna PR.
  • Event Marketing: Oversee promotional activities, including giveaways and sponsorships, to enhance engagement and attendance.
  • Research and Content Enrichment: Gather insights from relevant research to enrich our content and provide valuable information to our followers and community members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including social media and influencer marketing teams, to stay updated on the latest trends and insights. Proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams are essential.
  • Growth Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Luna PR's channels and our clients. Meeting growth KPIs is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Client Engagement: Drive growth on client community channels, collaborating with account teams and moderators to align strategies and achieve results.
  • Utilization of Growth Tools: Employ growth tools to engage with communities and continuously explore third-party tools that can enhance client growth. Identify AI solutions that can streamline processes.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends, news, and best practices in the Web3 space.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactivity: Highly proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving growth objectives.
  • Web3 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 landscape.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Web3 growth tools and the ability to identify the latest tools for effective engagement.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative problem-solver with a talent for developing unique solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
