- Events Production and Attendance: Take the lead in producing local community events, working closely with key stakeholders in the web3 ecosystem to ensure successful events.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of SwissBorg by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the web3 and financial sectors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Proactively identify and share trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape within the web3 and finance industries.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development or sales role, with previous experience in web3/blockchain being a must.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including an existing network of industry contacts.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
