About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Web3 Senior Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day marketing activities and drive growth for our client companies. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and effectively communicating with our portfolio companies.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business opportunities. A highly skilled marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned accounts
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing progress and campaign results
- Lead and manage marketing and creative staff
- Conduct market research to assess the viability of current and existing products/services
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for new campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and develop strategies for improvement
- Communicate with clients, provide regular reports, and lead marketing calls
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- 2+ years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing
- Knowledge of multiple marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, remote position
- The compensation range is $80K - $150K USD annually, including base, bonus, tokens, and equity
