About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team of territory managers in the North East of England. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets in the surgical technologies space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and train a team of territory managers to achieve sales targets
  • Establish SMART targets for performance reviews, individual development, and team recognition
  • Regularly meet with team members to support them through any issues and ensure proper project planning and prioritization of sales opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in surgical device sales or clinical development
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree level education, ideally in a relevant field
