The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering trusted partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future.

We're seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and coaching team members to achieve sales targets
  • Understanding customer pain points and leveraging Zscaler's unique value proposition to drive business growth
  • Developing and executing business plans, accurately forecasting sales performance, and driving business results
  • Acting as executive sponsor for key partners, creating joint plans, and driving opportunities to closure
  • Fostering a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle management sales experience within the software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Understanding of customer goals and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
