About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our site HR team in Shirley. Our facility is a key part of the ZF Next Generation Mobility strategy, and our HR team plays a critical role in supporting the site's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site HR team on all HR-related activities, including recruitment, Employee Relations, and training & development.
  • Take on specific HR-related projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Update policies and processes, and provide HR policy guidance to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English with minimum C/4 grades - A Level Qualification preferable.
  • Experience in HR and a genuine interest in pursuing HR qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member, manage time, and plan tasks.
  • Negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
