We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hall Porter to join our esteemed team at our Grade I listed clubhouse in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival, departure, and during their visit.
  • Assist with luggage, rooming, and member queries, while supporting the Front Office team in maintaining the security and integrity of the Club.
  • Manage the cloakroom and store members' luggage with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Offer expert knowledge on local transportation options, attractions, and amenities, ensuring members have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Reception, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to provide a cohesive and exceptional member experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.
