We have an exciting new oppotunity for a Porter/Concierge to join a small residential development in Kensington (W8). This position is primarily customer focused and requires a high calibre and proactive individual to provide a welcoming, courteous and polite reception to all residents and maintain the high standards of the residential developments at all times. Experience of working within a service orientated environment is desirable.

**What does the role entail?**
- Effectively communicating with tenants and property managers
- Safe custody of keys
- Taking care of the functioning (arm and disarm) of the security system & monitoring the CCTV system
- Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness of the common area at the building
- Picking up and removing garbage from all flats
- Keeping a log book for all AMC visits & Tenant’s visitors
- Keeping records of all safety certificates and manual for all equipment installed at the property
- Assisting estate agents and prospective tenants in viewing the properties
- Overseeing the move-in and move-out of tenancies
- Reporting any major maintenance/repair issues at the common area on a timely manner
- Assisting the property manager by coordinating with the maintenance contractors and getting quotations for repairs and maintenances
- Attending all the minor issues such as replacing the bulbs etc. at the common area (cost of these items would be reimbursed upon submission of copy of bills)
- Purchasing cleaning materials required for the common area and produce the bills for reimbursement at the end of each month
- Following-up with utility companies if require
- Following-up with contractors for completing their jobs related to repairs and maintenance in time
- Keeping record of tenant’s contact details
- Carrying out regular periodic checks to the unoccupied flats, if any
- Receiving post and other documents and to dispatch the same to the LL’s office in a timely manner
- Organising dispatch of documents/items to LL’s office in KSA whenever it is necessary
- Despositing cheques to LL’s local bank account
- Following the instructions from LL’s office from time to time
- Experience as a porter/concierge/receptionist/front of house team member
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Well-spoken with a good personal presentation
- Have a reliable, professional and can-do attitude

**Hours of work : Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00) and Saturday (09:00-13:00)**

**Salary: £25,500 per annum**

**Location: Kensington (W8) (closest station is Gloucester Road or High Street Kensington)**
