Job Title: Registered Service Manager

Location: Reading

Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 depending on experience

About the Role:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Woodley/Reading. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage the service's budget and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
