About the Role
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide an administrative support service to the operations manager and centre/home, supporting the young people residing at Centre/home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for the unit, investigating complex queries and simple complaints, assessing the nature of calls/emails, and referring them to the appropriate person without referral to the line manager where possible.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor all office systems, including database and filing systems.
* Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings on behalf of the line manager and other staff with unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Officer administration experience
* Experience of drafting correspondence
* Experience of working with a social care environment
* Computer literacy
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
