About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Exeter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our brands and selling a range of commercial vehicles to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Match relevant products to customer needs, presenting features and benefits in a clear and concise manner.
  • Accurately appraise used vehicles offered in part exchange.
  • Organise and conduct professional demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate successful sales, overcoming objections through understanding product benefits.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers.
  • Identify potential customers and conduct prospecting activities.
  • Ensure all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection, including company cars.
  • Maintain digital diaries and use customer relationship and dealership management tools efficiently.
  • Comply with Financial Services Authority requirements in advising, selling, and administering insurance products.

Matford Way, Exeter. Monday to Saturday (day off in the week).
