Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering a model of positive behaviour support to empower our young people to make a positive change in their lives, gain self-regulation skills, and develop greater lifelong independence.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with trained, qualified professionals across our multidisciplinary team
- Deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower our young people
- Support students in developing self-regulation skills and independence
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualised care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

- Completion of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and full training for career and personal development
- Sleep in allowance of approximately £ per annum – based on 2 sleep ins per month
