Position: Advanced Speech and Language Therapy Specialist

Work Arrangement: Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Role Overview:

We are excited to present an opportunity for an Advanced Speech and Language Therapy Specialist to become a vital member of our Clinical Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to implement tailored assessment and intervention strategies for our students. This position is ideal for those looking to contribute to a growing clinical team that prioritizes a comprehensive, therapeutic approach.

Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse Speech and Language therapy caseload alongside fellow therapists. You will benefit from the support of our experienced Clinical Team, participating in staff training, consultations, and reflective practices. This role is both challenging and rewarding, suited for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who possesses a therapeutic mindset and the ability to independently manage their workload.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with HCPC and RCSLT
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SEN education or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing a complex caseload
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports related to clinical and research activities
  • Experience working in multi-professional teams
