Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Speech and Language Therapy Specialist to join our dynamic Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the lives of our pupils by delivering tailored assessment and intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialist in Speech and Language Therapy, you will:
1. Collaborate with fellow therapists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
2. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each pupil receives the highest standard of care.
3. Participate in training and consultation sessions, enhancing the skills of our educational staff.
4. Engage in reflective practice to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with HCPC and RCSLT.
- A minimum of three years' experience in special educational needs (SEN) settings or similar environments.
- Proficiency in managing complex cases and producing clear, concise reports.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
