About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Hydrologist Modeller to join our Hydrological Sciences team at Stantec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flood risk assessments and flood modelling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement flood risk assessments and flood modelling strategies for clients
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver projects and meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in hydraulic modelling software, including Flood Modeller Pro, ISIS - Tuflow, and WinDes
  • Extensive knowledge of hydrological assessments and flow estimation methods
  • Experience with SuDS and surface/foul water drainage design
  • A degree in Environmental Science and a relevant master's degree
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional institution
