About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Cumbernauld. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a variety of support needs, providing support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication, and managing personal finances.

About You

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will also need to be confident in the use of computers and have a positive approach to learning.

Shift Patterns

Our team is dedicated to providing tailored support to the needs of each individual, and shift patterns for this service do include early mornings, days, and evenings. Weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including the opportunity to work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare as required for SSSC registration. We also offer a sleepover payment of £96 for any sleepover you work.
