About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their everyday lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Monitor and report on service user progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
