We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team as Bank Support Practitioners. Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work, allowing you to choose when you are available and we will provide shifts to fit your schedule.

No experience in care is necessary to start your career with us; we recruit based on values and transferable skills. We will provide all the training you need to become an excellent Bank Support Practitioner.

The Role

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our team, covering shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.

You will support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication, and accompanying individuals to appointments and activities.
