### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to autistic individuals, promoting their independence and self-advocacy
* Collaborate with the Ridgepark House team to develop and implement personalized plans
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment, encouraging social interaction and community engagement
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
