* Have an excellent Telephone Manner
* Speak to senior executives, C-suite and HR Directors
* Manage a portfolio and work in a varied and fast-paced environment
* Be an analytical and investigative thinker, spotting patterns and anomalies
* Work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team
* Be able to use IT internal systems on a day-day basis, including reporting
