Job Title: Block Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Block Management Specialist to join our team and assist with the running of a substantial managed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the portfolio of developments across the local area
  • Coordinate maintenance, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGMs, and meetings with Management Committee members
  • Develop and implement effective and efficient day-to-day management strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and training

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Block and/or Property Management
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused with an ability to build relationships
