Lead Our Veterinary Clinic Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Highgate Veterinary Clinic in Kendal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance, fostering team engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth
  2. Lead and manage the front-of-house reception and veterinary care assistant teams
  3. Oversee scheduling, payroll, and HR functions
  4. Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain facilities and equipment
  5. Collaborate with the Operations team to support practice growth and development
  6. Conduct appraisals and performance reviews for non-clinical staff
About Our Team:

Our team consists of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 nurses, and 6 support staff, alongside our Clinical Director and Head Nurse. We are a Nurse Training Practice, Cat Friendly Clinic, and Practice Standards accredited facility, committed to enhancing patient care and the client experience.
