Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage the front-of-house reception and veterinary care assistant teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment, including organizing repairs and implementing group debt protocols
- Collaborate with the Operations team to support practice growth and development
- Conduct appraisals and performance reviews for all non-clinical staff
Highgate Vets is a small animal first-opinion practice located in Kendal, on the southern edge of the stunning Lake District. We operate across two branches, with our main surgery focusing on emergency cases and comprehensive workups, while our branch emphasizes preventative medicine. We are committed to continually enhancing patient care and the client experience.
