Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and excellent client experience.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide expert clinical guidance and support.
- Contribute to the development of our practice's clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- A competitive salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience.
- A relocation payment of up to £5,000 and Welcome Bonus of up to £8,000.
- A maximum of a 4-day week and a 1:5 OOH rota.
- 6 weeks annual leave and your birthday as a paid day off.
- Private medical insurance, Enhanced family-friendly policies, and Cycle to Work scheme.
- £1250 CPD allowance with 5 days paid pro rata and access to Vetlexicon.
