Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with Director Generals to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, design, and structure, as well as leadership and workforce change.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address skills gaps, and develop strategies to improve workforce health and well-being.
- Lead and guide Director Generals on strategic workforce and people matters, ensuring that the organization is equipped to meet its future needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Senior Business Partners and Director Generals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in strategic HR policy setting, business partnering, or leading HR services.
- Strong skills in planning, negotiation, and diplomacy, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
