Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with Director Generals to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, design, and structure, as well as leadership and workforce change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address skills gaps, and develop strategies to improve workforce health and well-being.
  • Lead and guide Director Generals on strategic workforce and people matters, ensuring that the organization is equipped to meet its future needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Senior Business Partners and Director Generals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in strategic HR policy setting, business partnering, or leading HR services.
  • Strong skills in planning, negotiation, and diplomacy, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
