Manufacturing Team Leader

As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Planning & Purchasing Manager to align on the Production Schedule, ensuring all priority levels are achieved.
  • Oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) requirements within your department.
  • Support management in identifying training needs and prioritizing action plans for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are established for all processes, and confirm that operators have completed necessary training, including documentation sign-off.
  • Exhibit effective planning and project management skills, with the ability to meet personal, team, and organizational deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Tier reporting.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, ensuring it remains the cornerstone of all operations.
