Job Description

Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including mechanical maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Work with our production team to identify and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient production.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement improvements to our production processes and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
