Test Service Manager for London Markets – Competitive Salary.

Overview of the Role:

As the Test Service Manager for London Markets, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the testing team, fostering a quality-first mindset, and overseeing the delivery of testing results across the London Markets. You will assess the risk landscape to facilitate timely risk mitigations. Advocating for continuous enhancements, you will be responsible for establishing testing metrics that drive optimization, efficiency, automation, and quality improvements to ensure favorable customer outcomes. Your decisions will be informed by thorough data analysis. Demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills, you will work closely with senior Business and IT leaders, showcasing your ability to inspire a blended team of permanent and partner resources to achieve quality results. Delivering timely and clear communications to stakeholders, including updates on progress and risks to senior management and product owners.

Desired Skills and Experience:

A solid background in London Market Insurance and familiarity with the Lloyds Blueprint 2 program, including various messaging and common data standards. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining testing frameworks, data strategies, and automation roadmaps for diverse audiences. Capability to engage with and manage suppliers in a complex environment, defining and executing testing processes across multiple projects. Experience in mentoring and coaching team members is essential. Building positive stakeholder relationships through a consultative approach and advanced understanding of testing metrics and reporting. Comprehensive knowledge of risk, issue, and interdependency management as it pertains to projects and programs.
