We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Management Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of our financial promotions with FCA rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and approve Royal London Asset Management financial promotions and documents.
- Provide marketing compliance support and guidance to all areas of the Proposition & Strategy and Marketing teams.
- Be the first point of contact for compliance queries and investment management.
- Offer compliance advice for marketing projects in relation to financial promotions.
- Conduct control testing of the financial promotions review and approval process.
- Deliver training to the Marketing Compliance team to enhance their knowledge.
- Monitor regulatory developments at the FCA and provide compliance insight.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Compliance role within an Asset Management firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the FCA financial promotions rules and wider regulatory environment and framework.
- Strong understanding of investment matters in UCITS and AIFMD.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in the business.
