Key Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Identification and Mitigation:
    Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to Web3 investments, encompassing market risk, technical risk, operational risk, and compliance risk. Leverage market analysis, technological trends, and regulatory environments to forecast and evaluate potential risks.
  2. Risk Control and Governance:
    Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and measures to ensure investment security. Establish and maintain robust internal control processes, regularly reviewing and optimizing risk management policies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting:
    Continuously monitor the risk status of investment projects, promptly identifying and addressing emerging risks. Provide regular risk management status updates to management and stakeholders, including risk assessment results, control measures, and monitoring outcomes.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with the investment team, technical team, and legal team to ensure seamless implementation of risk control strategies. Offer professional opinions and advice to support the company's investment decisions, ensuring a holistic approach to risk management.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background:
    A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
  2. Work Experience:
    At least 3 years of experience in investment risk management or a related field, with a preference for experience in Web3.
  3. Professional Skills:
    Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Excellent risk analysis and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement risk management strategies independently. Proficiency in using risk management software and tools, with data analysis and modeling capabilities.
  4. Personal Qualities:
    Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, with the ability to work under high pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Adaptability to night shifts, with good time management and self-discipline.
