Senior Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brockworth House, a purpose-built nursing home specializing in dementia care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement nursing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that quality care is delivered in line with our policies and procedures.
- Dispense and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions, adhering to NMC guidelines and our organization's policies.
- Act as a clinical expert, advising and guiding colleagues on clinical issues related to the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
- Ensure that your practice reflects current clinical knowledge and evidence, demonstrating a high level of skill in care for all MHA support plans and associated policies.
