Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Rotational Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work across various clinical specialities, including Musculoskeletal outpatients, stroke, neurology, medical services, rehabilitation, and paediatrics.

Main Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload with the support and guidance of Senior Physiotherapists. You will participate as a member of the Physiotherapy Team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your duties will include physiotherapy assessments and interventions, as well as supervising physiotherapy assistants on a day-to-day basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Physiotherapist or an experienced professional looking to develop their skills and career. You will have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and community teams. Our unique rotational programme will provide you with a broad range of clinical experiences, allowing you to consolidate your undergraduate clinical education and develop your independent clinical practice.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who possesses the following qualities:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy (includes pending for current students)
  • HCPC registration (includes pending for current students)
  • Ability to move between sites within Gloucestershire Health and Care Services and patients' residences as demanded by the job
