About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Reception Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Advisors and ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
  • Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
  • Proactive mindset
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
