About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Reception Supervisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and care are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department
- Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
