Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the shop feeling valued and satisfied.
- Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible betting habits.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Help customers navigate our products and betting terminals, providing expert guidance and support.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
- 18 years of age or over.
- Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Competitive salary of £11.80 per hour.
