About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Reception Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group's Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cheltenham and Gloucester. As a Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Advisors and ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives
Requirements:
- Ideal experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
